Jesus said, you will know my disciples by the love they have for one another. Love is the preeminent trademark of a believer in Christ. This love is demonstrated through our actions. When someone is in need we help. We demonstrate our relationship with Christ by the love we have for others.

In Mark 2, it tells of a Paralytic man that had lost the use of his limbs. It was heard that Jesus was in town healing people. This Paralytic man’s friends thought enough of this man to take him to Jesus. It says that four men carried this man to Jesus. When the men came to the place where Jesus was, the crowd prohibited them from getting in. They were relentless in their pursuit for the healing of their friend. When they could not get through the crowd, they went on the roof and removed part of the roof and let down their friend to Jesus. This was love for the brethren. We must have that same love for one another.
