He was Assistant Pastor to Dr. Kevin Aikens at  Ontario Ranch Christian Ministries, before being called to Pastor at West Side.  He Pastored at Bethlehem Temple in Los Angeles and was Interim Pastor at Christ Baptist Church in Los Angeles, and First Missionary Church in Victorville.  He is currently the Director of The Mt. Zion School of Theology and has led the Evangelism team there also.  

He founded “Operation Reachback” where his team went into parks in different cities to reach the unchurched with the Gospel.  This ministry fed the homeless, provided clothing, and set up a medical mobile unit for those in need of medical attention.  Pastor Jackson has been Chaplain at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for six years.  He has been instrumental in moving people beyond their limits to gain knowledge of the Bible to substantiate their belief. 

Pastor Jackson received an Associate Arts in Business from Pasadena Community College, His focus was preparing for management.  He graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Development.  He earned a Masters Degree in Philosophy from Claremont Graduate University.
