Have you ever been in a difficult situation, where the walls are closing in around you and there is no escape? We pray and pray and God is silent. There is no help from anyone and our closest friends have turned their backs on us, and we are all alone. Do we doubt God? Do we say God has forgotten us or He is not concerned about us?

God wants us to stand on His Word. He is The Great I AM, The All Knowing, All Loving God of the universe. He will never leave us nor forsake us. We must take Him at His Word. God will allow us to go through things so that we will strengthen our faith in Him. We must believe that He is for us and wants us to be strong in the Word and in the Power of His might. The way we accomplish this is to spend time in His Word, allowing His word to fill us with His mercy and we will be helped.

When we call on God and there is no answer, keep calling, keep asking, keep trusting. 1 John 5:14-15 says, "This is the confidence we have in Him, that if we ask any thing according to His will, He hears us: And if we know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desire of Him."

So, keep trusting and standing on the Word!!
